Dear Friend, Gramya Manthan is Youth Alliance’s flagship program—a 9-day immersive and life-changing journey set in a village of Madhya Pradesh, a land deeply rooted in the heritage of Gondwana. This is not just a rural immersion programme; it’s a space to explore Indigenous wisdom of craft based economy, question mainstream narratives of development & growth, and reimagine leadership as a collective work. As a participant, you will join 30 passionate changemakers from across the country to dive intot inner transformation and social change through: Experiential learning – An experiential course in understanding the socio-economic-political systems of a village. Building awareness of inner work and transformation – its value in innovating newer systems or fixing existing ones. Hands-on work – Immersing in the village communities of Indrana village – learning about traditional wisdom, crafts aesthetics, local governance its essence, and economy from them. Mentorship from thought leaders – Opportunity to learn from 30 changemakers from across the country, along with mentors with decade-long leadership experience.Peer-driven learning – Build lifelong bonds with a dynamic cohort of young leadersPost program – access to a community of 800+ youth leaders across social, development, and leadership spaces, along with mentoring, collaboration & learning opportunities.
