Join us in Bengaluru next week forECO REELS 2025 – The Climate Charche edition. A film festival on climate, environment and sustainability, this is jointly organised by Bengaluru Sustainability Forum & Kriti Film Club, in collaboration with Mount Carmel College, JAIN (Deemed to be University, Gandhi Bhawan & CHRIST (Deemed to be University)

10 – 13 January 2025

Themes: 

• Nature, People and Power
• The Changing Planet
• Flora, Fauna and Habitats
• Community Resilience Matters

The film festival is being organised as a public and free event at four different venues, to enhance accessibility for diverse audience groups. Different films will screen on each of the four days, with just two to three short films being screened more than once. The screenings will be followed by discussions with attending filmmakers, researchers, practitioners and members of the community. The festival seeks to engage students, practitioners, researchers, artists, activists, communities directly impacted by climate change, and all citizens of Bengaluru to collectively watch and discuss the films. We hope that the festival will foster critical awareness and inspire collective action towards sustainable solutions.
