n the course of nine days of Gramya Manthan program, we begin by exploring the self, build systemic awareness by helping participants notice the invisible structures — social, cultural, and economic — that shape our everyday lives, and move towards community building that is rooted in shared vulnerability, active listening, and co-creation. — creating space for inner clarity and outer impact.

एक अनुभवात्मक क्षमता निर्माण कार्यक्रम, जहाँ उभरते हुए लीडर्स खुद, व्यवस्था और समुदाय के बीच के गहरे संबंधों को समझते हैं।

ग्राम्य मंथन के इन 9 दिनों में, हम खुद को समझने की यात्रा शुरू करते हैं, फिर समाज, संस्कृति और अर्थव्यवस्था जैसे बड़े ढाँचों को देखने की समझ विकसित करते हैं, और अंत में साझा संवेदना, सुनने की कला और साथ मिलकर कुछ रचने के ज़रिए एक गहरी समुदाय की भावना बनाते हैं।
यह सफर हमें अंदर की स्पष्टता और बाहर की दिशा दोनों देता है। इस बार ग्राम्य मंथन 21 जून से 29 जून के बीच, मध्यप्रदेश के जबलपुर के पास एक गाँव में हो रहा है। आइए, गोंडवाना की संस्कृति को करीब से महसूस करें, पारंपरिक कारीगरों और अनुभवशील मार्गदर्शकों से स्थानीय ज्ञान और शिल्प व्यवस्था के बारे में जानें। ग्राम्य मंथन के 18वें संस्करण में शामिल हों।
